Non-Hydrofluoric Aluminum Brightener, Tunnel Wall and Boat Cleaner

Description and Use
Versitall is a very effective non-hydrofluoric acid aluminum brightener. It has very few problems around glass but must not be allowed to dry on the surface or allowed to run down over the windshields from air dams with out rinsing or neutralization. It is alright to apply this product to the glass as long as you rinse or neutralize immediately. Versitall leaves a very nice shine on the surface. It is also excellent in tunnels both for its ability to stay within OSHA guidelines of acid content in the air and to clean the walls of the scum that builds up in a tunnel. This product will mark polished aluminum so precautions must be taken when used around that. Do not allow this product to freeze as the acids may precipitate out. If this occurs mix the crystals with warm water and use as normal. Versitall is very mild to the pressure washer and is able to be run through most with no problem. Care should be taken when using a pump with leather packing as this product will attack the packing.

Surface & Air Temperatures
Best cleaning results are obtained when air is above 40° Fahrenheit.

Pre-Testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness.

Dilutions
15:1 or 30:1 through a pressure washer up stream or down. 10:1 or 20:1 12 oz. or 6 oz. per gallon low pressure application. Below 10:1 is a brushing dilution not recommended for spraying.

Application Instructions
This product may be applied through a pressure washer or by means of low pressure applicator. You may use Versitall as a two step product with Glory Truckwash to give an exceptional sheen to your aluminum and paint or just use it alone to brighten aluminum and remove oxidation from the non polished rails, frame, or body of your trailer or tractor. It is recommend to always apply acid as a first step to achieve neutralization. If you decide to brush this product care must be taken to not allow it to run down the brush handle onto the skin. Rinsing is best accomplished with a pressure washer as the acid works deep in the surface to remove soils. If you are just rinsing with a garden hose, an alkaline neutralizer may be applied before rinsing. Glory Truckwash is an excellent product for this application.

Safety Information
Precautionary Measures: Always wear goggles and rubber gloves when handling this product. Keep off of skin and clothing. If material comes in contact with clothing, wash before reuse. Contains Ammonium Biflouride, Hydrochloric Acid and Oxalic Acid. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing fumes. Keep container closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. Applicators should wear rain suit of plastic, rubber or PVC, boots and gloves, face shields and goggles to avoid splash to bare skin or eyes. Dispose of empty containers according to federal, state and local requirements. Do not use for any other applications other than specified. Do not remove label. First Aid +
Instructions in Case of Contact or Exposure Skin & Eye Contact:
Eyes: Flood with water 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Skin: Wash off with soap and water, if irritation persists call physician.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.
Ingestion: Drink lots of water seek medical attention.

Spill or Leak Procedures
Waste Disposal Method: Check state, local or federal regulations for your area. Steps to be taken if material is released or spilled: wear proper protective equipment while doing cleanup. Large spill: Dike and contain for intended use. Small spill: absorb on oil dry and place in approved container for disposal.

Container Handling/Storage
Keep container closed when not in use. Store in containers with Viton seals or silicon sealant gaskets.
