Reclaim Soap for Truckwashing or Degreasing
Description and Use
RS10 is excellent options for those with reclaim systems of every variety. Currently operating in all major brands of systems it is specifically designed to fulfill the stringent needs of a total reclaim system. Remarkable in what it will accomplish; brushless removal of bugs, road film removal, degreasing of engines. RS10 is even more interesting in what it doesn’t include; which are non ionics, sulfonates, high pH, harmful solvents, phosphates, or emulsifiers. All of which are trouble in a reclaim system long term. You will get good splitting of oils and water, no emulsification of the oils, virtually no foam on rinsing, and long life for those expensive filters.

Best cleaning results are obtained when air is above 40° Fahrenheit.
Pre-Testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness.
Application Instructions
Full strength: Very heavy deposits of grease and oil etc. Apply by low pressure sprayer or brush and let soak for a few minutes before pressure wash rinsing. Mix 10:1 for machinery, bug removal or trucks not cleaned frequently. This strength may be brushless when low pressure applied to regularly cleaned fleets. Mix 20:1 for floor cleaning by presoaking or in automatics cut in half again. Mix 30:1 regular fleet washing of trucks, cars, or buses. Spray on surface to be cleaned by low pressure or pressure washer. Allow 5 to 10 minutes dwell time or brush for cleaning of film and bug removal. Rinse with a pressure washer or garden hose

. Safety Information
Precautionary Measures: Always wear goggles and rubber gloves when handling this product. Keep off of skin and clothing. If material comes in contact with clothing, wash before reuse. Contains Ethanol. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing fumes. Keep container closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. Applicators should wear rain suit of plastic, rubber or PVC, boots and gloves, face shields and goggles to avoid splash to bare skin or eyes. Dispose of empty containers according to federal, state and local requirements. Do not use for any other applications other than specified. Do not remove label. Instructions in Case of Contact or Exposure Skin & Eye Contact:
Eyes: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical attention. Skin: Wash off with water. Neutralize with vinegar. Re-oil skin. If irritation persists, seek medical attention Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Drink copious amounts of water, seek medical attention.

Spill or Leak Procedures
Waste Disposal Method: Check state, local or federal regulations for your area. Steps to be taken if material is released or spilled: wear proper protective equipment while doing cleanup. Large spill: Dike and contain for intended use. Small spill: absorb on oil dry and place in approved container for disposal.

Container Handling/Storage
Keep container closed when not in use. Store in containers with Viton seals or silicon sealant gaskets.
