Truck Washing
Glory truckwash is a different kind of soap. It is strong enough to remove the film in a brushless wash yet if it dries it cannot harm the paint and will still rinse right off. It leaves waxed quality beading yet contains no waxes. It has no rinse additives yet will allow you to rinse fast and generally spot free. Its¹ d-limonene solvent performs cleaning equal to any competition as a whitewall cleaner, presoak, or soap. It is not for foam, though it will give ample foam one time and does not refoam in the reclaim system. Glory truckwash is biodegradable and is approved for use in all states. This soap will build your business. Glory is not safe on polished aluminum. Truck Wash Supreme : MSDS : Specification Truck Wash Supreme SC (TWS) is the latest addition to EaCo Chem's line of truck washing products for use on polished aluminum surfaces. In TWS, EaCo Chem has developed a safe, yet highly effective truck washing soap that eclipses other products currently available on the market. In addition to being safe on polished aluminum, TWS can be used brushlessly in many instances, provides greater dilution capability, extremely quick rinse times and the ability to spot brush heavy stains without leaving brush marks after rinsing. In short, TWS is the most versatile truck wash you can buy today. Another benefit of TWS is its adjustable dilution capability. This provides contractors with the opportunity to make one drum of sc (superconcentrate) into as many as 10 drums of "ready to use" product. The amount of dilution you will be able to achieve will depend on factors such as the type of soil you are trying to remove, the intensity of the soil, how often you wash the vehicles, etc. TWS, which was designed with exceptional foaming in a product, rinses extremely quick. Many other truck washing soaps that are safe for polished aluminum rely heavily on a hard surface cleaner called sodium metasilicate pentahydrate which may mark glass. In addition, this cleaner is also a very poor rinsing material, forcing extra time to be spent on the rinsing process. TWS, on the other hand, relies on a smooth, wax-like residue to speed the rinse time and create a deep, rich looking shine that will impress even the most selective of customers Showboat: MSDS : Specification Showboat is a very effective biodegradable wash product is extremely versatile in the ways that can be applied. This product can be applied using low or high pressure and it will work through a foaming arch. High pressure application will give a faster performance and generally higher dilutions. The product will work fine with cold water. High pressure rinse is recommended with Showboat because of the characteristics of this method. Two applications of the soap without rinsing between is the best method to achieve brushless washing. . It is absolutely safe around glass even if it dries on the surface. Showboat does not harm the shine on the surface. Dazzle BC : MSDS : Specification A one step brushless truckwash that is safe for polished aluminum at any strength. Dazzle has very good foam when applied through a pressure washer but rinses quickly and cleanly. One quick application of the product and you will see the film being cut and diesel smoke loosen immediately. There is no unpleasant odor or skin burn while using Dazzle either. Because there are no caustic or butyls in this soap it is very safe for indoor use and generally does not harm high quality waxes. Sizzle: MSDS : Specification Sizzle is a brushless pressure wash soap when used as directed. Sizzle has the ability to leave a totally clean surface behind while being cost effective due to its high dilution rates. This product rinses fairly easily and leaves the surface clean. Sizzle uses no petroleum solvents to achieve its cleaning and is completely biodegradable. This product is not safe on polished aluminum.
Sabre is a very effective biodegradable non hydrofluoric acid general purpose cleaner. The main use for Sabre is to safely clean aluminum and stainless steel truck bodies without the dangerous acids and their harmful side effects. It is absolutely safe around glass and can be allowed to dry on the surface. This product is safe for polished aluminum, but it is recommended that the concentrate be cut in half before using to maintain the shine on truck bodies or polished tank. Sabre is great in a two step situation with Dazzle. This combination leaves a very nice shine on the surface. It is also an excellent cleaner on fiberglass, tile, porcelain and the metal finishes commonly found in wash areas. This safe concentrate of acids and detergents is just the thing to clean the scum from the walls in these areas. This product will generally remove many kinds of mineral and metal stains or buildups including brake dust from wheels. Brite 10 : MSDS : Specification A hydrofluoric acid based aluminum brightener that leaves a very nice soft shine on the surface. This is a high strength aluminum cleaner that is unusually safe for glass and works to leave a nice shine on the surface. This blend is preferred in outside settings where the airborne parts per million acid content is less an issue in worker safety and OSHA compliance. This acid will mark glass but at use dilutions with neutralization or quick rinse you need not use extreme caution. Care should be taken around polished aluminum tanks as this product will remove the oil polished finish. BRITE 10 should be stored in a closed container. AfterGlow : MSDS : Specification This is mild aluminum cleaner that is a brightener and does not etch or cause whiteness on aluminum. There is no chance of marking the glass. This is an excellent system for polished aluminum tanks as this product will not remove the oil polished finish. W.O.W.W. : MSDS : Specification W.O.W.W. is a superior wash and wax type product that uses some of the finest new wax technology in a "safe for all surfaces" product. This product will give the extra benefit of good cleaning ability while giving you excellent shine and beading characteristics that lasts for weeks yet never build up or create a haze problem. The clean even extends to such hard to remove problems as tree sap, road oils,or weld smoke on polished aluminum. W.o.W.W. Is an exceptionally mild to the hand product with a pleasant odor. W.o.W.W. Is very good for the aluminum and chrome surfaces on a car, truck, or bus so feel free to use it as a nonabrasive polish. Versitall : MSDS : Specification Versitall is a very effective non-hydrofluoric acid aluminum brightener. It will also effectively remove flyash, oil stains, clay film and stains, and scum on truck and carwash walls . It is all right to apply this product to the glass at 10-1 as long as you rinse or neutralize quickly. Versitall leaves a very nice shine on the surface. It is also excellent in tunnels both for its ability to stay within OSHA guidelines of acid content in the air and to clean the walls of the scum that builds up in a tunnel. This product will mark polished aluminum so precautions must be taken when used around that. Versitall is very safe for the pressure washer and is able to be run through most with no problem.
RS10 is an excellent option for those with reclaim systems of every variety. Currently operating in all major brands of systems it is specifically designed to fulfill the stringent needs of a total reclaim system. Remarkable in what it will accomplish; brushless removal of bugs, road film removal, degreasing of engines. RS10 is even more interesting in what it doesn't include; which are non ionic sulfonates, high pH, harmful solvents, phosphates, or emulsifiers. All of which are trouble in a reclaim system long term. You will get good splitting of oils and water, no emulsification of the oils. CT Wash : MSDS : Specification CT Wash is designed to remove of light to medium build-up of excess concrete from concrete mixer trucks and construction equipment. For heavy build-up removal use CT Presoak Gel as a first step application to soften heavy excess concrete. CT Wash would be applied as the second step which breaks the bond between the softened concrete and the surface. The product may require extended dwell times depending on the severity of the excess build-up. |
