Pressure Washing Specialties
Pav-R Clean is an acid based cleaner that will safely remove light calcite deposits and efflorescence. This product will work on pavers, retaining walls, and decorative colored block. The cause of the problem on the surface should be identified to prevent reoccurrence where possible. A.R.T. : MSDS : Specification A.R.T.'s unique chemistry is a solvent based resin system designed for treating the surface of anodized aluminum to renew the satin luster that has been damaged by environmental or chemical pollutants. A.R.T. stays on the surface for extended periods yet will not crack lift or peel and is easily removed for retreatment. This easy to use product is nonhazardous and nonflammable. Britenol : MSDS : Specification Use Britenol for cleaning any surface that has bad pollution, enviromental, or biological discoloration. It is a safe non bleach biocide and siding stain remover for around the deck or home. Britenol works great on wood, aluminum, vinyl, concrete, terra cotta, shingles, glass, brick, block, or stone. It will remove almost any stain that Cleansol does not. Safe for people and animals but care should be taken to protect plants. Burn Restore : MSDS : Specification This is a completely safe and easy to use repair system for covering the white burn or shiny damage done to the surface of smooth glazed brick by different acids. Simply roll, brush or spray the product on undiluted wherever the damage was done and allow the product to dry on the surface. This product can be removed with a hot pressure washer easily. Burn Restore does not work for porous brick. HD Acid : MSDS : Specification An exceptionally strong hydrofluoric acid cleaner for deep stains in most porous masonry surfaces. This is an excellent cleaner for pulling stains of pollution and minerals from the pores of open faced brick and sandstones. High dilutions are common with HD Acid but when used strong very few stains can withstand it. HD Acid is not safe to use or to the user. Precautions to protect the applicators and surrounding environment must be taken at all times. Cleansol BC : MSDS : Specification Cleansol BC may be the most versatile safe cleaner for professional contract cleaners. Sold to home owners as Cleansol which ships as noncorrosive, it can handle virtually every job around the house. Without scrubbing: siding, decks, gutters, concrete, awnings, or vehicles and equipment end up clean and wax protected. Industrial cleaning pros will find this product exceptional at brushlessly removing oxidized paint from metal siding, vinyl awning cleaning, EIFS cleaning of pollution streaks, and interior plant cleanup where stains must be removed without damage. This is an extraordinary super concentrate that really produces profits without adding liability. C-Tar Melt : MSDS : Specification C-Tar Melt is a blend of water-rinseable, non hazardous ingredients that give exceptionally powerful penetration and softening action. This product is not dilutable with water. In fact, it’s activity will be stopped by the application of water. It is biodegradable and will aid in the separation of tar residue from the rinse water if you contain and store the runoff for a short period of time. C-Tar Melt will not harm skin but will dry it out if constantly exposed to this product. C-Tar Melt is safe for wood, metal and masonry surfaces and will not raise the grain or cause discoloration of these surfaces. HD Degreaser : MSDS : Specification HD Degreaser (HD) has excellent adhesion and cleaning ability on vertical and horizontal surfaces. HD will penetrate deeply into concrete due to a very sophisticated combination of aggressive alkalines, softening penetrants and buffering and stabilizing compounds. HD is easy to work with and can dwell in place much longer than butyl cleaners to get really deep into the soil. The pros secret for parking structurecleaning. Polished Stone Cleaner : MSDS : Specification This unique chemistry is a neutral cleaner with a lot of advantages for interior cleaning. A very mild pleasant odor and non-corrosive non-hazardous components make it safe for both the user and the environment. P.M.C. is capable of removing smoke, heavy finger soils, sealers and waxes, and foot traffic soil without any harm to the marble substrate. Another real benefit of the product is that it does not foam on pickup, so that if you must vacuum the residue you will not waste time clearing foam or defoaming. All these characteristics make the soap readily disposable to sanitary sewer or easily treated in a waste reclaim system. Smoke Melt : MSDS : Specification This is a highly alkaline cleaning product that will remove heavy soil deposits from metal, wood or masonry at high dilutions. Great care must be taken when applying this product because of its highly active penetrating nature. Smoke melt will strip latex and enamel paints in a short time. Smoke melt is good at softening the heavy black smoke from fire damage that occurs on masonry. Mop & Grip : MSDS : Specification Mop & Grip will remove foot traffic film leaving a shine. Extra suds for good brush lubrication are built right into the Mop & Grip. Mop & Grip uses no petroleum solvents to achieve its cleaning and is completely biodegradable and safe for all floor surfaces. Rinsed with normal care this product will give good results without any water film. The product doesn't contain phosphates, sulfonates, or hazardous fluorides.
Cleansol works well when cleaning aluminum siding. Dilute from 4:1 to 20:1 for brushless results, then rinse with a pressure washer. EIFS Cleansol at 4:1 to 10:1 dilutions also works very well on EIFS for all but mildew. Gutters Gutters can be cleaned with Cleansol BC at 4:1, then applied twice, or use SafeRestore undiluted. Marble Polished Stone Cleaner Neutral cleans polished marble easily. Apply undiluted product with a low pressure sprayer. Remove with a high pressure rinse or by wiping with a damp cloth. Painted Surfaces Cleansol removes all common stains except mildew without harming the paint. A Cleansol application at 10:1 to 20:1 dilution with a high pressure rinse will remove the oxidation and leave a shiny surface. It is very good on gutter stains if used straight. Slate To clean normal soil on slate, use Cleansol BC. Steel Panels Cleansol BC is a concentrated soap that will clean painted steel panels easily. When brushing, apply at 20:1. With a pressure washer, spray downstream with straight product to achieve brushless cleaning results. Vinyl Awnings Cleansol is very effective for cleaning vinyl awnings. When brushing, apply straight to 20:1. When using a pressure washer, cut the product 4:1 to achieve brushless cleaning results. Vinyl Sidings Cleansol diluted 10:1 will clean vinyl siding.
Use Pav-R Clean straight to 4:1. On pavers, Pav-R Clean is excellent at removing light efflorescence. For block walls, Pav-R Clean is equally effective on light efflorescence although heavier deposits may be calcite. Acid Burns Burn Restore is a completely safe and easy to use repair system for covering the white burn of shiny damage done to the surface of smooth glazed brick by different acids. The product is not dilutable with water. It is safe for wood, metal and masonry surfaces. Oil Stain For oil stains, use Heavy Duty Degreaser and apply straight with a low pressure sprayer. The stains will also benefit from a brushing after application. This will drive the degreaser deeper into the pores of the concrete and allow it to lift out any shadows. Smoke Stains Removal Smoke Melt is a high alkaline cleaning product that will remove heavy carbon deposits from wood or masonry and will soften heavy black smoke from fire damage on masonry. Use at dilutions of 4:1 to 50:1. See label for further application instructions. |
