Surface and Air Temperatures
To avoid harming substrates, do not use when temperatures are below freezing or will be overnight. Best results are obtained when air and masonry surface temperatures are 40째 Fahrenheit or above. If freezing conditions exist prior to application, allow adequate time for masonry to thaw.

Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness on each type of surface and stain designated to be removed. Testing also determines the desired dwell time and any potential for adverse reactions with adjacent materials. Allow test panels to dry thoroughly before evaluating final appearance and results.

Use undiluted (straight)

General Application
Apply straight with a brush or paint roller to a cleaned, rinsed, dry substrate. Roll on a generous, even coating over the affected areas. Allow plenty of overlap onto unaffected areas. The surface will return to the original appearance. There will be a very slight darkening of the unburned areas, unnoticeable once the product dries. The dry time in normal conditions take less than ten minutes. A second application may be required to finish the job on certain surfaces that are rougher or very non-absorbent. Once the substrate has been repaired do not clean or rinse that area. Do not apply Burn Restore in a rain storm or if a hard rain will to occur within four hours.

Coverage Rates
Coverage rates will vary from 100 - 250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface porosity, texture and severity of staining.
