Preparation

General Preparation
Protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended to be cleaned. Cover foliage with polyethylene or other proven protective material. Glass does not need to be covered if rinsed quickly or neutralized prior to rinsing.

Surface and Air Temperatures
Do not clean when temperatures are below freezing or are expected to be below freezing the night before cleaning. If freezing conditions exist prior to application, allow adequate time for surfaces to thaw. Best cleaning results are obtained when air and surface temperatures are 40º Fahrenheit or above.

Pre-Testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness.

Dilutions
First cut at 4:1 to make ready to use then follow the dilution range listed below.
Apply using pressure washer up or down stream or low pressure spray applicator
-10:1 for difficult cleaning
-15:1 for general cleaning
-20:1 for routine cleaning

Note: Dilutions will vary based on the severity of the stain and type of surface.

Application

General Application
This product may be applied downstream through a pressure washer, a low pressure applicator, or by brushing. Brite 10 can be used as a two step product with Glory to give sheen to aluminum and paint. To avoid marking glass, use only the diluted product, followed with a neutralizer or a quick rinse as a precaution. Use the product alone to brighten aluminum and remove oxidation from non polished rails, frames, and trailer bodies. If product is brushed on, care must be taken to prevent run down onto skin. Rinsing is best accomplished with a pressure washer, as the acid is deep in the surface. If rinsing with a garden hose an alkaline neutralizer may be applied before rinsing. Brite 10 BC works well on both paint and fiberglass trailers too. Care should be taken around polished aluminum tanks.

Note: Vaseline on the skin before spraying may help reduce redness but will not prevent acid burning.
Caution: Do not allow product to dry on surface.
